Stella has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2023.She is an intellectual property associate. 

 

Stella’s activity is focused on patent law, both in advisory and litigation matters, on related competition law and health regulatory law issues. Her practice also extends to other intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, design law).

 

Stella holds an Integrated Master of Arts in Law from the Bocconi University of Milan. She also graduated first of her class, in 2018, from the Industrial Property Masters of the University Panthéon-Assas. She holds the certificate “CopyrightX Oprion” from Harvard Law University.

 

Before joining Schertenleib Avocats, Stella completed internships in various intellectual property departments of Parisians and international law firms. Stella also completed several internships in the intellectual property departments of leading companies in the luxury goods market.

 

Stella is fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish.

  • Represented a subsea test operator before the Paris Local Division of the Unified Patent Jurisdiction in seizure and infringement proceedings (first seizure decision handed down by the Paris Local Division);

  • Represented three generic companies in unfair competition and health regulatory litigation relating to the marketing authorizations of a pharmaceutical composition based on fumaric acid esters used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis;

  • Represented a generic company in patent infringement litigation relating to a pharmaceutical composition based on fumaric acid esters used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
